Meet THOMAS BOURKE
One of our favourite grom surfers on the goldy, Tom is beyond his years in all aspects. With a sophisticated palate and style for days keep your eye out for him in the water and over the next few years. You can normally find him on one of the Gold Coast points, surfing all day in his 4/3 wettie. But for now, enjoy a bit over 3 minutes of Tom being Tom.

Thomas Burke Interview
Interviewer: What’s your name, age, and where are you from?
Thomas: My name is Thomas Burke. I’m 11 years old, and I’m from the Gold Coast.
Interviewer: Who’s your favorite surfer?
Thomas: I have a few! My favorites are Griffin Colapinto and Ethan Ewing. I like Griffin because of his airs and Ethan for his style and technique.
Interviewer: If you’ve been surfing for hours and you come in super hungry, what are you eating?
Thomas: Ah… hot chips, banana, and sushi — hopefully!
Interviewer: What’s your favorite meal that your mom cooks?
Thomas: Balmain bugs with lemon.
Interviewer: Last one — what’s a fun fact about you that people wouldn’t know?
Thomas: My bulldog, Jeffrey, can swim!
